Similar to Indometacin and acetylsalicylic acid, Dypyridamole shares several pharmacological properties, including a rapid onset of potent antiplatelet action. A key common feature is the inhibition of platelet aggregation and the suppression of platelet‑derived chemical mediator release induced by collagen, immune complexes, and other stimuli. Therefore, the proteinuria‑lowering effect of our dipyridamole powder is also likely achieved by blocking platelet aggregation and thereby preventing the release of vasoactive amines.
