RepSox Introduction

RepSox is an efficient and selective inhibitor of TGF - β I receptor (ALK5). In cell-free assays, its IC50 value for inhibiting ALK5 autophosphorylation was as low as 4 nM, while effectively blocking ATP binding to ALK5 (IC50=23 nM).
