Is there a carcinogenic risk associated with Ipriflavone powder ?
According to existing toxicological research data, Ipriflavone powder has not shown mutagenicity or carcinogenicity in animal experiments.
The specific research results are as follows:
1. Negative genetic toxicity test results: The Ames test, CHL cell chromosome aberration test, and mouse micronucleus test results of Ipriflavon were all negative, indicating that no damage risk was found at the genetic material level.
2. No carcinogenicity was found in long-term toxicity tests: In a continuous one-year long-term toxicity test conducted on dogs, no increase in the incidence of drug-induced tumors was observed. Among them, the dose that has no effect on dogs can even reach 81 times the recommended daily clinical dose (calculated based on body surface area)
3. Carcinogenicity test: Animal quantification experiments have shown that it has no mutagenic or teratogenic toxicity, and is not dangerous for most experimental subjects.
