Therefore, it is particularly important to explore a synthetic process that is green, environmentally friendly, easy to operate, economical and safe.
In view of the deficiencies of the existing technology, the present invention provides a synthesis process of 5-Amino-1Mq, including the following steps: Add 5-Aminoquinoline and the reaction solvent to the reactor and stir; Dissolve Iodomethane in the reaction solvent, add it dropwise to the reactor. After the dropwise addition is completed, increase the temperature and maintain the reaction temperature, then cool down and continue to stir, filter, and rinse the filter cake with a small amount of the reaction solvent. After purifying the filter cake, it was washed and dried to obtain a reddish-brown solid. In this invention, the target product was obtained through the direct reaction of 5-Aminoquinoline and Iodomethane. By optimizing the reaction conditions, the content of the target product in the reaction system was increased, and the purification conditions of the product were explored. Make the purity of 5-Amino-1Mq possibly reach more than 99%.
